Knowing I have options keeps me going.  I'm not yet ready to put my house on the market but I know I will and a browse around RM does help.
Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

Yeah, sounds good to keep your options open.  Hopefully once the new neighbours have finished whatever work they think needs doing it will all calm down, and your new fencing will help in the mean time.

@Cheery_Daff - have you tried the Flylady utoob channel? - also DianeinDenmark has a utoob channel with categories which include her old clean with me ones, that I enjoyed mostly during lockdown! The only time in my life my house was pristine!  Not commuting has it's advantages!!!

I'm actually wondering if that might help me.  I do have a cleaner but she isn't great and I often find myself dusting or some such.   I will think on.

@Cheery_Daff - I must admit I always listened to the videos twice, once while half-heartedly watching (while doing YNAB) and once just listening & following along.  I do however have Bluetooth earphones so never carried my phone around!  These days I'm mostly about clean as you go & leave the deep cleans to my retired OH - after all his 'job' is now to be the househusband!
