The weird tasting tea coud be a result of anaesthetic. I have noticed the same in the past.

Hey ho. Foot is definitely less red and swollen so fingers crossed it will pass soon, it's very tiresome!6 -

A reminder for tomorrow - MUST find my new bank card and switch over a couple of things that are linked to a card payment, not the account directly. Just had a very quick look and it's not where I thought... (but it's quite possible I've already put it in my purse and just not done the online stuff 😂)6 -

Another vote for LadyHolly’s view on the tea thing, and I reckon KK nailed it on the increased itching too.Hopefully things will be better both at the top and the bottom extremities today though - although that foot should probably stay elevated as much as possible while there is still swelling! I'm mostly eating smoothies trying to avoid aggrevating my face! 🙄 Did manage some soft overcooked pasta yesterday though (in a meal from the freezer). Might attempt to stand up long enough to cook something today. Teaching tomorrow but it's a small class and I'll just sit down if I have to, they'll cope. Getting there is more of a problem, will get as close as I can in the car!
Not even got dressed yet, been wielding the IPL machine and watching the TV. Mind you, I'm one up on Mr Cheery, who's not even out of bed! Might hop in the shower then go and retrieve him, I imagine he'll want to leave the house at some point and everywhere will be shut if we don't get a move on!7 -
Well we managed TWO cafes today, and my foot held up remarkably well - didn't do much walking mind you. I did stand up to cook this evening though and, touch wood, it's mostly been fine, so fingers crossed we're over the worst. Half way through antibiotics so I should hope so (although of course I will continue and finish the course).
Face is annoying now mind you, but I've not been keeping up with painkillers really so my own fault.
Just had the electricity bill. Used 98p over the DD amount, and earned a grand total of 5p doing the bonus hours 😂 credit balance of £166.63. That'll get eaten down over the winter of course. Need to work out whether to fix or not, brain not been working well enough this weekend.
Checked LPG tank last weekend - we had about 75% left, which the LPG company websites estimates will last us 187 days 😂 Possibly a tad optimistic at this time of year... Our last fill was 3rd April though and they only fill to 85% (to allow for gas expansion) so I can see why they might think that... Started putting the heat on quite regularly now - came back from the cafe earlier and the thermostat by the living room was saying 12 degrees which I'm afraid is too chilly even for us! We usually end up with an average of 3 fills a year - may have had one in Jan I think (different company though so I can't see when) , one April, then maybe one Nov/Dec? Who knows.
Office tomorrow, and then into town in the afternoon. Going to be a lot of paying for parking this week as I'm not really up to walking about much. Got a permit for tomorrow and Tuesday, but under the new rules we can only have two a week, which is mildly annoying as I'm in 3 days this week and 4 days next week! Hey ho. Hoping I'll be better by Wednesday so can park further and walk in, get my steps up a bit.8 -

late to the athletes foot party but
Put Vicks Vapour rub on it, evey evening before bed. leave it to 'dry' for about 30 mins (I used to hang my foot out the bed).
