Hormonal problems are just the worst, so impactful but just creep up and then bang.  Glad GP was helpful (and that is to be valued)
Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!
  • That sounds positive. Just to say I'm on the 100mg patches, but even the 75mg dose of gel was too much but not enough. Many of my friends swear by the gel but hate patches - so it's worth experimenting with both in case the other suits you much better.

Glad you were heard though, that alone is worth a huge amount

Too right, and I'm glad that you're having the conversation here.  Too many health issues are hushed over - leading to folk suffering in silence.  Fingers crossed the tweaks work for you Cheery.

Thank you all xx you're right, just being heard in the first place is helpful! I've always been grateful for people having conversations like this so I do try to when I can 😊

Mr C's feeling rough again, so we are having a restful afternoon. A nap for him, and some Call the Midwife (I stupidly started watching from the beginning again!) and a couple of blog posts for me, and a bit of photo sorting.

Just going to run him a bath then whizz round with the hoover.

Thank you to whoever mentioned The Organised Method podcast the other day (my apologies, I can't remember who!) I've downloaded the app and will experiment, although I'm not sure i want to pay for it! Cheaper than a cleaner though 😂
