You could accept the offer
You could try to negotiate a lower settlement
Or you could ignore it. ( Or reply saying no )

That sign has the charge buried in small print and does not conform, does the entrance have any conforming signage?

Of course the whole charge is based on a commercial supply contract, if the contract isn't displayed correctly or at all, how on earth can you know about it or comply with it?

Hello everyone,
Letter received with a court date set for January 2026. I have now received an email with a Mediation Appointment set for 28th May 2025. I do not want a mediation and would like to proceed with the court date. Can you please advise on my options and the best way to proceed?
