Can you provide more details of what they are appealing?

Is there a copy of the letter from the court?

Please go back to your original thread and ask your question there rather than start a new thread about the same parking event.

I never asked about my parking originally I only explained that I won in court before
  • Yes they are appealing on 3 grounds:
    - judge erred in law saying it was deminimis
-judge was wrong to conclude the the requirement to enter a VRM when naming a payment was an unfair term (I don't remember her saying this in court)
-judge had erred in law in concluding that a loss is required to be suffered.

basically I didn't put my number plate in thr app properly because it was crashing. I put my car make instead. I appealed at every level - because I didn't know the process then. I proved I had payment but they ignored that.

Has the court agreed to hear the appeal?  Has the court issued an Order?  What exactly does it say?
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Not yet. The court said no to appeal in court and the court also said to me don't fill in any forms until they do give permission for Appeal.

You said in your opening post "Now I ve received a letter from court telling me of this"

What exactly did this letter from the court say? Knowing that might help others guide you.

Can we see exactly what the court has written to you (suitably redacted of your personal, identifying data, please?  Excel always want to appeal any court decision against them. They believe in their own omnipotence!

Upload images to a web hosting site such as Dropbox or similar, then post the URL here, but change https to hxxps. Someone here will change it back to a live link.

Make sure the hosting site account is not in your real name, nor does it include personal data. Believe me, we do not want to see holiday snaps of poster's kids again.
