The skellly is a completely separate document not to be amalgamated or conflated within the SWS.

The replies from me show the skelly (make it a PDF) from start to finish.  Separate them again!

Draft Order must be left as a word doc.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Just when I think, I'm getting to grips with this 😬
Will separate, will do now, and send all.

So I can understand, why would I not add it to SWS, as its part of my hearing and included in Draft Order ?
    Thank you

Okay, I believe I understand now,

    SWS is statement of facts
Skeleton is for discussion at hearing - hence inclusion in my draft order

No deadline on submission of court docs for hearing, other than up to 24 hours before, I think I'll take the time tonight to properly read and digest skelly before sending, I want to be confident that I know exactly what I'm talking about at the hearing.

    Thank you

Thank you very much, I am swotting up as we speak.  Thank you so very much @Coupon-mad.  I am hoping the judge will understand that I'm representing myself and never been in a court room in my life.

File gone to courts yesterday, asking it be read prior to the hearing. I plan to print 3 copies to take on the day, have noted comments ensuring I make bullet points and have all documents in a format that I can refer to them.  If solicitors are there, don't engage prior to hearing.  I will be there an hour before.  Anything I'm missing or thoughts please let me know.

    I will report back 😬🤯

I thought the same when I first rocked up to help someone and speak on their behalf at Worthing Court only 5 years ago.

I was pleasantly surprised. The lady Judge was wise and quick to organise us and she was kindly and explained everything. And we won!  I've had grumpier Judges since then (sometimes) but they do always understand that the defendant is an ordinary nervous person and they do allow for that.

Cannot imagine you “rocking up” anywhere 😂 !! But again thank you and will come back to the forum

Well done for persevering. I can't wait for the next instalment in this: "...judge has ordered parking company to serve papers to the court on why they were dismissed from site, they’ve got 3 weeks to do that, if they don’t it’s struck out."
