Apologies, is it the link in the newbies thread to judgements ?
Yep. That one is best, as it has Chan followed by all the recent judgments - much more interesting for your Judge to scroll through, as a single exhibit.

This is definitely inadequate POC for 14 different PCNs:

    "
    THE PCN(S) WERE ISSUED BETWEEN 27/05/2020 & 05/10/2020"

I will write you a skeleton argument to submit with your WS. You work on finalising that; I'll work on that other case law from Zbubuman's thread (which us best separated into a skelly).

What was the date of claim?

    What was the CCJ date?
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

    CCJ was 20th December 2023
date of claim was 29/11 - that’s verbally confirmed by solicitors, I can’t see it on copy of the claim sent by CNBC

So judgements link just to confirm I add it as I have but add all the other judgement names to SWS after and insert as one long piece of evidence ?

Re Set aside and becoming aware it’s 22 days, to my first N244 submission to the courts (which they lost).  I know you did the set aside to be vague, but to belt and brace I added in that my home flooded on 4th Jan and I couldn’t get back in until 20th Jan when electricity was restored. I didn’t evidence this event in the WS - so do I now do this in SWS ?

one final questIon, reading of other threads, schedule of my costs, take it on the day or add it to SWS ?

I am so sorry to keep asking questions, I’m possibly making it more complicated than needs be !!

But overjoyed that POC is inadequate

    thank you so very much

No need to put much more than the paragraph(s) you already had drafted about Chan, then instead of the paragraph that referred to a lone other judgment just have one that says that this persuasive judgment transcript is appended (see Exhibit SWS1) along with multiple other recent 2023/24 judgments from all around the English Courts, applying CPR 16 and the Practice Direction in the same way as HHJ Murch did. No need to try to name them. Most don't have names showing.

You could mention it, yes.  State that you acted very promptly.

Add it to the SWS but not as an exhibit.  Just a signed & dated sheet of costs you have incurred.  Attach a receipt for the N244 fee or a screenshot proving payment.

Why are you sending it to CNBC? Para 3, change the first instance of "believed" to "believe". In para 5 you have a "However" that is not required.

    Thank y
Thank you, I’ll amend.  Much appreciated.

CNBC, when I first contacted them about the CCJ, they advised to send it to their mailbox and then proceeded to loose it.  It was prior to me finding this forum and I was working in the dark.

But nothing now goes to the CNBC.

And when you send this SWS, costs assessment sheet and a word doc Draft Order, also append the skelly I will put together for you (tonight maybe) add to your bundle of attachments the original WS just in case your local court didn't get it.

No everything has been going to my local courts since I found this forum.  And yes I’d taken note of your comment to reattach WS to the courts asking Judge to read before the hearing - Thank You

@Coupon-mad just double checking, Draft Consent Order, that the solicitors order, so do I need to attach that as they’ve stated already sent to the court. ?

No.  Your Draft Order.  Not a consent order and certainly not their version!

See the one by @Zbubuman; that's typical.  Done in every CCJ case.
