Hate to ask but what do you mean by 'BS'?!

       :)

As you are still getting HCEO visits why not email over everything to the solicitors and DCB Ltd (the HCEOs) this weekend, and tell them this is harassment and to cease and desist?

Did you send the CNBC & High Court a WS signed and dated exactly as I wrote for you, and with that exact evidence I suggested?

Yes you MUST serve all that to the solicitor too.  Tell them to call their dogs off.
Thank you, sent to local combined courts, 5th March as per your draft, with evidence attached.  I didn’t send first draft on 2nd Feb to solicitors as I didn’t know who they were at the time, I’m slowly piecing this together speaking to Courts and CAB and subsequently you guys last weekend where my understanding of this whole process has grown massively.  BS, breathing space, and it’s what’s stopped HCEOs from taking my car, or demanding full payment as they have the High Court Writ and whilst that’s still live, awaiting for my N244 to be processed, it how I’ve stopped them.  Went from CCJ to High Court Writ in 14 days, without my knowledge, I assume because it’s for such a large amount.  Combined local court where I went to in Thursday did  say it should have been sent to solicitors also, so essentially I send now to Solicitors and HCEO (sister companies) and ask them to call dogs off ? with your wording re Cease and desist, With BS they can’t contact me for 60 days, add further costs etc as their first visit I did tell them verbally about N244, this last visit they blocked my car in and Breathing Space got them to leave by giving them Breathing Space, so I’m answering my own question here but once N244 processed and Writ overturned I can come of BS ?  as I’m back to Claim Form part where I submit defence ? I do not trust solicitors and HCEO, whilst I’m awaiting outcome of N244 as I was told verbally by courts, when chasing my first application that solicitors and HCEO did know about my first N244.  Sorry that’s so long winded, I’m double checking absolutely everything, thank you

Yes send the Solicitors and HCEOs - by email - the exact same bundle of statement/application & evidence that the courts have.

Tell them to cease and desist.

once N244 processed and Writ overturned I can come off Breathing Space ?

back to Claim Form part where I submit defence ?
    Yes.

Okay, so it’s 10 working days after my N244 was sent to my Local High Court, I have chased by email and that’s not been responded too.  It had the header suggested URGENT/Case Number,  my thoughts are to chase by phone in the morning ? Im nervous given my first submission 2nd Feb is sitting in an email box CNBC told me to send too. My understanding is it will go infront of Judge/Legal advisor to decide it’s Merits and if accepted it will then be processed ? Does anyone have a rough idea how long this process should take ?

We can't guess how long it takes your local court as that is specific to them.  You might have to ring daily and be a thorn in their sides!

Okay have been emailed by local High Courts to say my N244 has been “referred to judiciary” given HCEOs chomping at bit to enforce and has added their own costs, I know no one here can tell me how long I’ll have to wait, but can anyone offer any thoughts on how i handle this bit of waiting with solicitors and HCEO ? Thank you guys

There should be no action happening if they know that the High Court has your application.

Sadly not the current view of HCEO, who are saying that they have live High Court Writ.  Now I’ve officially been told by the courts today that it’s been referred to judiciary a week ago, do I contact solicitor and HCEO to back off pending a decision?

Seems reasonable to show them that email.
