Wait until the second deadline has passed by the end of this week, and if you hear nothing, email the court next Monday. Especially if they haven't paid your costs, tell the court that and ask for final judgment in your favour confirming the points in the previous Order.

i think the date is wrong on second deadline, judge gave them three weeks to reserve claim and they could only do that if they served paperwork relating to contract termination, I’m guessing it’s not worth chasing courts for that and just chase next Monday ?

Costs have been paid, treated the family to a meal on Met Parking !!

Para 3 of the Order: Did MET even pay the N244 fee to amend the claim form by 31st May in the first place? If not, the claim is struck out.

I’ve not heard a thing from their solicitors, other than a curt email asking for my bank details.  I will hold my breath until Friday

    Hi guys,

Email  from courts today stating claim has not been resubmitted 🎉, I’ll go back and ask for final judgement.

Is it also worth reattaching my cost schedule, I was awarded my costs for the day, but not my litigant rate, photocopying  etc I had also put in there £200 damages at the courts discretion …
Or am I pushing my luck ? Not about the money but the principle

For those wanting to know about credit scores, a month later and it’s gone up substantially today with one credit agency, I waiting for it to pull through on my bank (different credit agency).  The CCJ was pretty horrific on lines of credit, I don’t use many, but at least my car insurance etc can now be renewed monthly

I would attach the costs again and say you hope the Judge will agree that this conduct from the Claimant (from start to finish) meets the Dammerman case bar for wholly unreasonable conduct, meaning that costs should be awarded on the indemnity basis to express the court's dim view of this utter waste of court's time and send a clear message to the litigating solicitors.

@Coupon-mad.  Still can’t completely celebrate, I highly doubt they will take the courts up on point 2 !

Also another resident who didn’t use the forum, but I forwarded on my paperwork, shock horror Met Parking discontinued before her hearing on 12th September.

    Thank you so very much
