Off to the allotment in a bit and trying to organise food etc as I am a bit random - ie found loads of tinned toms & chick peas in the cupboard!! Also investigating food generally as discovered the optimum nutrition bible which I'm reading through slowly! Other than that stil on call so earning dosh while organising my life!!
Feeling a bit up & down (hormones again!) - buoyed by my meetig yesterday but slightly deflated by a throw away comment made by someone this am! Know I shouldnt let it get to me as it IS silly (& I know it is!!) but it just burst my bubble of enthusiasm & generally feeling good IYKWIM...Never ind...Hope you all have a great BH!! cj isnt a contrl journal dragon but that made me laugh! Its a circle journal - easiest thing to do is a linky to one for you so that you can see an example as its a tad odd to explain!

If you tab on it shows the different stages of doing one....and heres one that people doing it may also like to see as reinspiration! Off to do mine now!! Back in a bit! Feel free to ask more questions!

Had my first day of spend nowt challenge & spent - nowt! Still feel like I could kill for a fag but not going to cave! Made cake for work and will take it in tomorrow - was going to keep one for me but not a good idea me thinks! May keep a bit of each but not a good idea to have more in the house! CJ is done & I just need to pack it up! Must also have a tidy as friend coming for tea tomorrow so need to do litter trays etc in advance! Joy...Nerd no 109 Long haulers supporters DFW #1!
