Thanks P! Back from taking the cats to the vets and they were not happy bunnies at being injected but now fully covered by insurance which is the main thing! Saw the vet that put Macey down who was a sweetie as ever! He's now met her girls! Then my old neighbor & I went to nice farm shop & I treated us to tea & cake which was lovely. We had a good chat about how both of us are feeling and agreed we'll try & do some gentle fun things togeather. I did suggest we try & drag each other off the sofa to the gym so we'll see! He did enjoy it when he went but his friend dint want to go so he gave up...we're also going to have a nce summer picnic at a lovely park which has row boats! May even hire a boat & have a giggle! Its lovely to have friends that you can be yourself with and tell all. Few & far between but precious.
Having a quiet pm with some hoovering and a snooze before gog out to dinner tonight!
On a DFW front I have realised that I am a tad unrealistic in the targets I set myself! Ie I have to accept that it will take years to pay these CC's off - not by the end of THIS year!! Frustrating but a simple fact! Not enough money comes in to perform miracles! I did manage to find old pass books for old accounts and am trying to find out whether there's any money in either via the lost accounts site & transferred a delicious £55 into my account from paypal! I've decided not to pay more off CC yet as mum is coming to stay so will get extra food, plus outings etc and will see how I go after that!

Hi ISOM...you sound a lot happier today and thats nice..sounds like a couple of chill out days are what is needed.I think we are all too hard on ourselves sometimes regarding our debts and we get a little too possessed and tend to forget more important things in life.
I've been feeling down and have realised it's because I am feeling scruffy as I feel too guilty to buy myself anything or have my hair done...I have changed my mindset this week and have had my hair done and bought myself a top and trousers and I'm not going to feel guilty...
Guess what I'm saying is we have to have a life balance at the end of the day....take care and have a nice evening xx

Quite agree taxi - its all about balance! Going out to dinner with a good friend in a mo which will be good & its the apprentice tonight! Feeling much better having just taken control again I think. All excess spending (TV & GYM) removed and I know that I am doing all I ca. Cant do more! Enjoy the hair & clothes! We all work so hard that you need to havenew thngs ometimes - just not like we did before & then theyre a real treat arent they & we can just try & enjoy them, guilt free!! So you enjoy your hair & new togs & I'll enjoy my dinner!

Thanks all. Had a lovely meal & my friend would only let me pay 10! Lots of laughs and good chat ad home by 9 so loys of laughs about us being old farts! Was abe to watch the apprentice which I love! Ones you love to hate already...all good stuff! Feeling ok but qite tred but it was a fairly busy day or a day off! Turtle nice & clean too!! Night all...
