Cor missus you are cooking up a storm and going into overdrive with the jobs..Our allotment allocation is way down and the council are having to provide extra now as over 200 folks on the waiting list..ho hum, will just have to convert my garden at this rate.
I found an absolute gem of a cookery book in Skipton, one of Mrs Beetons comprehensive ones. Loads of recipes..yum!

aww thanks all...love cooking and making the best of it while off! trying to be frugal with everything - including the oven so will do my jacket pot and then put the merangues in later when I've made them.
Had my hair cut and had someone different who did a wash and blow dry so it was 35!! eek!! Got new battery for my scales and in the end it was cheaper to get a new timer than the battery which was slighty mad but wasnt sure the timer worked anyway so seemed sensible..
Then came home and dyed hair but its a bit redder than anticipated so now have short reddish hair!! Tonight going to chill with Robson Green and catch up on last nights greys anatomy...and do my nails! How exciting!!

Thanks all...am going to have to do my hair again tomorrow...the brown is actually red! oops...not me at all! Ice cream churning and just off to hoover and then I'll stop but always feel better having done the chores! Frugal jacket pot just done but the ice cream isnt that frugal as it cost 2 for the toffee so must source a cheaper alternative!
KP am healing and am def in less pain. A few scabs remain but otherwise ok...only problem is that it looks smoother than before but definately still a bump...no way I'm having it again and will just pray it goes down or will have to just accept its me...scar is whopping though!! Am putting bio oil on in the hope that this will help...

Nice to see that you are healing..don't worry about the bumps..had my op 17 months ago and the bumps have just about smoothed out.
