  • Well after much avoidance I have worked the sums out. Not as bad as it could have been but still 2 months behind....figs now 27,236.06 and have paid off 27%. I'm having real probs working out what I've paid in 2008 due to the increase...can someone super intelligent work it out for me if I email figs over...KP thinking you would be able to so will pm you if thats ok! Feel a bit hacked off with myself but having said that the figutes include my car insurance and also the car breakdown cover, new sewing machine and eve class so all in all its not horrendous and is less than t would have been ad I had a summer holiday but time to get the cc's down as they are quite high again. I'm not overly worried as know when the loand pay off (i a few years time) I would be able to get rid of them fairly quickly plus I've not been able to do any extra while off so thats had an impact...will just get off my bum and sort it!
I've now had 10 of the 14 stitches out and it hurt like nobodies business. She's left 4 in as we both felt it best to be cautious and leave a few in for a few extra days just in case...really dont want to split them. Friend has text to say that he should be able to come over next week to look at puter...stll getting "out of memory" messages which is v. annoying as it wont let me look at emails etc...plus the shift key on the left still broken and I'm wary of trying to fix it as would do more harm than good. Going to have a go at sewing but thats about t for today. Still sore but better than I was and my mate T came to hold my hand while they took the stitches out and he was lovely...no romance and never will be as he is proud to be the other way inclined and I'm happy with that as he is a fab friend and no complications of "I wonder"!! Plus is a great hugger and I do miss my man hugs!
Hope youre all ok...no doubt doing better than me on the debt front!

  • No probs ISOM I ll take a look.

Not happy to hear you are still sore but good news that the scar is healing. Not a good time for puter to play up either whilst your off work. Fingers crossed it gets sorted soon.

Ref set back 2% isnt too bad considering the extras you have had/wanted to buy. My holiday I thought I had carefully planned and the unplanned dentist bills have set me back 4% :(. Trying not to get too disheartened and catch up by Xmas. We are both still better off than before.

HI ISOM..agree with keeping positive..figures not bad at all.I know you've spent a lot but all things you needed.
Sorry to hear you are still in pain and hopefully it will all go soon and sorry to hear about your computer problems hope you get them sorted soon xxx take it easy xx
  • aww thanks both...didnt strictly need the sewing machine but very pleased I did! I'l catch up but gettng the 8000 target will be a difficult one now, although not impossible with no spending and some hard work...also thinking about whether I could organise a craft sale for Christmas...will think on this..may also put an advert for jars on local freecycle...have had a clean of bathroom and steadily working my way through the house. While I have loads to do (sewing, ship building, reading etc) cant be bothered today! Alfie cat getting into trouble with manu as he doesent get the I want to sleep message she's been giving him...just leaping all over her with an enthusiastic "lets play" which is going down very badly! Hey Jacks if youre looking in have you seen cdwm? wish my house was bigger and I'd do it!! last weeks was interesting...lots of competitive people who all thought they were the best!

hi ISOM hope the stitches are feeling a little better today. I've been on a spending spree unfortunately. Yesterday got some outside clothes - all bar 2 in the sale and shopped at the 'cheaper fat clothes shop' around here.
I've also just spent time one line shopping at naturally close, most of which i know will end up getting sent back but i desperately need some inside clothes, it's getting silly now. I tried to find a voucher but no joy, no doubt one $will arrive sometime this week.
During the week i finished of the seed envelopes that are one of our favours, i've been picking up packs of seeds when i could find them cheap but was still convinced that i didn't have enough. Turned out i'd picked up 35 packs which was just perfect and there's a respectable amount of seeds in each pack now.
