Dont worry am taking it gently. Just had a 2 hour sleep (interrupted by my sister ringing half way through but still got back to sleep!) and woke up to a cuppa a pieve of cake. Now settling in for a new series of come dine with me! Love it!

Cripes missus, out shopping! I hope you really take it easy as when on pain killers we take risks, just because we feel no pain! I think i will be on t'phone in a bit....
Glad to see little animals all behaving, now don't go giving into them either!

dont worry bob I wont! while i love em we have firm boundaries in this house! ta for good wishes...promise I am on a go slow. cant do nothing and these days they encourage you to be up and about asap...I am more for doing it gently and listening to my body. Even with 3 lots of strong painkillers I can still feel the pain so no worries there bob!! once I get a comfy position I need to sit still but getting there can be interesting!

Mum still here and doing the litter trays and rubbish before going home. Feel ok to be on my own...can pop to shop after distrcit nurse has been as need some more painkillers and could do with crappy mag. Having the dn makes me feel very old! Have been reading my new book (lisa see - snow flower and the secret fan) which is interesting but tales of foot binding sound awful. Jus going to chill (again!). Didnt sleep well last night and was woken by Alfie who just wanted to play at 4am so was put in with mum so he could play with her. Hope youre all ok. Will be interested to know how wound is healing and praying I can have a shower - dont think I've ever gone this long without a proper wash! Feel mank!

The first proper clean is always bliss, i think i will head for the shower as well..didn't sleep last night myself , and had to go on the sofa bed in the end..

o dear Bob..my problem is I am a wriggler and when I turn in my sleep it hurts and wakes me up...alot. Mum gone, rang tax office to change tax code back and check re rebate - looks like the 200 is all I get back but its better than a slap round the face with a wet kipper! Still no news of dn..have left a message and will try again at 2pm as it really does need changing today - dont like the fact that the same dressings been on since Sat...cant be good to have it on so long without being cleaned. Still havent been able to have a shower and really am desperate for one now...have had a wash but its not the same and havent been able to conidtion my hair and washing it over the bath is awkward and painful...ho hum...got to suffer to be beautiful. looked foot binding up and its horrible...very pleased its been banned...looks soooo painful!

You must be desperate for a shower by now. Is it the BH weekend that has slowed it all down?

I'm so behind with threads that I don't even know what you've had done and I am on my way to MILs now to go through some more financial paperwork so I won't find out until later!

But I just wanted you to know that I am thinking of you and I hope the cats are providing amusement and cuddles.
