Morning ISOM...gl for weigh in and enjoy book club..you've got a really busy day today.0

I reckon it is quite a bit point wise...but i am sure you will be fine. I usually measure out and add a slim line tonic to the wine. But on nice evening it is too easy to keep on drinking it..so i stick to flavoured waters, or just the tonic.....
Except on special occasions!
Good luck tonight..you will be fine.Blackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?

Just popping in to update! A good NSD as far as food but did get a couple of SW books and paid for group. Just nipped home for pasta before book group. Lost 2 ibs which is ok but is a bit disappointing for the first week and it feels like i'd lost more! Regardless its weight off so all good! ANyone know where I can find out, for definate, what a bottle is? I am hopeless at working out measures etc bt would like to know the actual ammt without ringing the 60p a min line!
Fab news of the days is that I should be eligible for tax rebate - not just for this year but a couple of others too! They recon at least 180 which would be yummy and a nice guy in work sent me the sums (even though he's not REALLY meant to which was VERY lovely of him!) and means when I get the claim forms I can submit the claims...only down side is that I have to do one for each eligible year!!Nerd no 109 Long haulers supporters DFW #1! Well done on the weight loss.
The way to work it out is..how many syns per ml measure, then multiply for the bottle..it is hard sometimes as bottles are different sizes.Blackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?

Ta all! Tax rebate will take a while but all cash most welcome & spoke to a lovely helpful man at the tax office and in work. Both would get gold stars if I could give em! Cant wait for the forms mind you if theyre owt like ours theyll be a mare!
RE sw code will ring the woman for it! Just trying to save dosh & the embarassment of having disrupted her class by attempting, unsucessfully, to sneak in and out!Nerd no 109 Long haulers supporters DFW #1! Even in the darkest moments, love and hope are always possible.0 -
Great news about forthcoming tax rebate ISOM. 2lbs is a good start think of it like the long haulers thread a marathon not sprint. Slower weight loss is better from what I hear more likely to stay off.:j0

Moring all...woken to absoutely chucking it down rain here! Fab...Busy day ahead but bread making later with my brown pot bread that can be adapted! Yipee!! Made my day!
Hope you all have a great day! Managed to get the password and will spend time trying to suss the wine so I'll know. Had a few days with virtually no points so made up for it me thinks! Weight def coming off but must get organised as out & about today so suspect I may go a bit awry! Have a good one all!Nerd no 109 Long haulers supporters DFW #1! Good stuff on the weight loss! Take some "proper" food with you today, go for it. Breadmaking sounds lovely - actually, I'm smelling that bread right now. Enjoy!2023: the year I get to buy a car0
