ta taxi! Quite a busy day today but managed to have a late lunch so did Mr T before it got manic! Preparations are wel under the way for the party tomorrow night! Coupld of bits to get tomorrow and need to have a tidy but as my dad used to say "Its all under control!". Created a yummy cocktail (expresso coffe, vodka and coffee liquer with cream!) yummy! Have also done a fair amount of cooking so less pressure tomorrow although am feeling somewhat pooped now so off to bed in a mo! Realised that I will be working next sat although its a nice worky day! Actually managed to get quite a bit done today which made a nice change! Finished feeling I git sommat done although ut will all disintegrate next week as one training pus meetings booked...MUST get organised with lunch as bought it in work every day this week which is such a waste one money...grr!!

Morning all! Well side effects of cocktail not TOO bad!! Feel slightly delicate but managable! Definate snooze this PM though! Just slowly mulling ver what I need to do while looking at slimming world mag....going to go next week. Was going Mon but think Tues will be better as I already have book group on a Mon so would be a pain to go to a different class every month...Need to shift the considerable bottom that has emerged! It really does amaze me how quickly I can loose weight (albeit starving!) - ie 5 1/2 stone in 6 months and have put most of it back on in just under a year!! Just goes to show that crash diets dont work...although eating less carp would help!!

Hi ISOM - that cocktail sounds *amazing* - I got given a cocktail shaker recently, by someone having a clearout, but never thought of actually making any. I have a few assorted holiday spirits to be used, I wonder if I should do something like that.... you've given me ideas now!

Poo to the weight gain tho..... hope that comes off easily.
