Universal credit stopped

Today I recieved a journal notification saying "Your payment has stopped."

UC has asked me to submit all my bank statements, I have been a claimant for more than 12 months.

Before I got the notification "Your payment has stopped," I recieved my UC statement that I will be paid next week.

Will I still be paid according to the UC statement or is the UC statement no longer valid, I was expecting to be paid next week?

That will depend whether or not the payment was released before of after the claim was suspended. If the statement generated, the payment was likely released, but they can still recall it at that point so you will have to wait until next week to find out.
Why haven't you provided your bank statements as requested?

Sorry what do you mean by payment released.
My payments are sent on 6th of the month usually.

I havent submitted my bank statements because I have 3 bank accounts and providing bank statements is challenging as I cant access them through the app and need to use internet banking or go into branch to get the statements.

How long ago did they ask?

You should be able to ring bank & get them sent out.

Unfortunately that is why they stopped the payments, you failed to meet the deadline to supply statements. Do you have an issue with your internet banking that means that you are unable to download them?

The payment on the 6th might go through, but I would not be banking on it being paid. Can you upload the statements today as you will have zero prospect of getting payments resumed until you provide them with the bank statements.

Do they ask for all bank account statements or just the main bank account?

The payment is automatically calculated and released in the early hours of the morning on the day after your AP end date, and is sent to the payment system to credit your account 7 days later (on the 6th of the month, for you). Payments take around 3 days to clear through the banking system, so for the first couple of days after the payment has been generated and sent to the payments system, it can be recalled / cancelled. That's unlike to happen in this case if the statement has generated, but future payments will not be released until you have provided the requested bank statements, and if you fail to provide them within a reasonable amount of time they will likely just close your claim.
As your claim has now been suspended, you have an incentive to sort out providing your statements. Why can't you access statements through your banking App? Most banks provide access to Statements through their App. Maybe you can get someone to assist you - if not, call into the Jobcentre and they should be able to assist you.
