End of the day, either they used the DCA model or not (statistically most didn't) and they'll respond after September. I also submitted mine on 7th Feb and still no response from BMW.
I suspect they will simply wait unto September for the judgement. Slightly surprising though I haven't even had an automated acknowledgement as I submitted on the same day though.
Their response about DSAR though, I do think they are correct. DSAR only covers very specific information. Would probably be difficult to argue that details on commission payments made is personal data.
