Okay so I spent some pocket money today, almost derailed when I almost bought a new bag. I went shopping with my sister I purchased with pocket money 2X Millionaires Sundaes one for me one for sist and 3Xbody polishers for mum in total just under £15. If I had gone home I would not of purchased those items and nearly overspend on a bag. It was semi good to see my sister. and I did want to get out, but I think I would have been happier going home to be honest. Nevermind it is good to get out and be with someone different. However me and my sister are, she did buy me some pretty earrings - it is a shame I don't wear earrings for the reason I can't wear them unless I get irritated, but they are pretty to look at. @Cathybird although I spent today it was with budgeted spending/pocket money, I haven't gone over budget therefore please can I have 4/14. Thanks.
NSD here - haven’t been anywhere but the garden and the worms aren’t interested in money! 😉

Had my first Spend of the month yesterday- some DIY stuff and fixtures for the bathroom. If I was really being frugal I could have probably have made a shower curtain pole from some long bamboo poles I bought for the garden, and bought the cheapest £1.50 shower curtain from IKEA. But I didn't.
I spent: £17.10 on a sturdy chrome pole from B&Q £1.50 for curtain hooks £6.50 for a beautiful make-up mirror from a closing down sale at a fancy Nordic furniture shop (the mirror was originally priced at £50, have seen similar ones for sale for about £30, so I consider £6.50 an absolute bargain!) Also ordered a very colourful shower curtain from an online store, but my son is buying it for me as a Mothers' Day gift. He said he wanted to buy me something nice, and this will last longer than a bouquet of flowers.
