    Afternoon all, declaring NSD 3.
Looking as if I have a quiet April workwise so need to batten down the hatches...
Cancel the kitchen scraps for lepers and orphans, no more merciful beheadings, and call off Christmas.

It’s been a spend day for me today. Started off with buying a packet of mints on the way into work (I brought tuna mayo sandwiches with me from home but forgot my mints 😂) but also ended up buying my dad a couple of jumpers for his birthday and Father’s Day (which he asked for) from M&S in the sale so it will save me money over the next couple of months so counting it as a good spend day and planning ahead 😊 good luck and well done everyone 😊 x

    NSD #5 today.

It's Date Night tonight. Before our No Unnecessary Spending Challenge we'd have gone out to the theatre, comedy club, cinema or to a nice restaurant, blowing a good chunk of our weekly budget.
Instead, we're staying in with a DVD and having a homemade curry and a couple of supermarket beers.
Total cost- about £6, that's less than 10% of the cost of going out.
