Moving from Shell to Octopus - Fuel tax?

I've just checked my bill and they have double-billed me and didn't take a payment.
They have just realised their mistake and are now looking to credit me back....but it's been nearly a week now.
They just keep saying they haven't completed the migration yet and will need longer to fix.
Check your bills people - looks like they have made a mess of it!!!0 -
I recently switched from Shell to Octopus and reviewed my bills. I noticed that I have been charged for the same fuel tax from May 7, 2022, to February 7, 2024. However, the billing for this tax stopped in February 2024 and has not continued since. A total of £384 has been debited for this fuel tax. Currently, I only have electricity bills and no gas usage.
