Yes. Get that signed & dated and saved as a PDF. Then merge it with your exhibits so you are emailing the local court and DCB legal one email attachment.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

They are kind people, solicitors who are used to dealing with the public.
I think the Judge will quickly get it that the CNBC made a mistake in telling you to file an application. Your evidence shows why you did. DCB Legal's letter shows that in fact the defence had not been struck out, so this Is an error by the CNBC.
I suspect this will get listed for a later hearing of the claim, in the usual way.
Be aware that the Judge may well ask you what your defence against the PCN will be (but I think he/she has that too?).
As long as you confidently re-state (if asked) whatever your main issues are that you wish to rely upon in defence, I suspect that this will be a quick hearing to set the case back on track so that both parties can exchange witness statements and/or DCBLegal will discontinue like they always do.PRIVATE 'PCN'? Thank you for this! I feel a little more calm now
yes I sent the defence again as part of the witness statement
my main points being I was a resident also attached a copy of my tenancy agreement also pointed out I have a disabled child and when he is having a meltdown whether deemed right or wrong my priority was/is to safeguard him from harming himself and me/sibling etc and wasn’t to pick up the permit of the car floor and put it back on the dashboard!Tbh I can’t even believe dcb legal get away with this! Trying to claim £1300 for 5 pcns from somebody who was a resident to a gated car park with fob only access is insane!2 -
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0
