Of course it does because (presumably) that was the address used for the claim. MCOL is of zero relevance. It only shows the CNBC 'admin' stage and nothing later.
I'd go over right now & get your post if I were you.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I'd go over right now & get your post if I were you.Something told me to type my surname into the search bar on courtserve. Lo and behold a hearing has come up. It’s all the way in central London. Not Edmonton. Even though the witness statement that DCB Legal sent had CC’d in Edmonton county court
I’m fuming. Thank goodness I even thought to type my name on otherwise I would have turnt up at the wrong court. Its in strand 10am with 2 hours allocated2 -
Phew! Well done for tracking it down.
Aim to get there AT LEAST half an hour early to get through security and sign in with the usher, get water and grab a loo break.
Refuse to speak to their rep in the waiting area or small room. See you in court mate!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I’m riddled with anxiety after reading how official this particular court is I feel like not going
but I have to because I can’t afford to pay £3600 in charges
I’m hoping the judge just says not to speak unless asked a question this is horrifying0 -
I’ve just noticed this in the witness statement
does this mean that there’s a chance nobody will be attending tomorrow? Or does this just mean that the witness won’t be attending and that someone from DCB legal will still turn upI may not be able to attend the forthcoming hearing. Should this be so, an advocate will attend on my behalf. I ask that the Court accepts this as written notice pursuant to CPR 27.9(1). If I am unable to attend, please decide the claim in my absence, taking into account the advocate’s submissions, this Statement, and any other evidence filed. This paragraph demonstrates my compliance with CPR 27.9(1)(a)-(b).36. In the event an advocate does attend the hearing, I request their fee be added to the amount sought.0 -
You paid rent and had a tenancy agreement that including parking provision. In my opinion the "charges" claimed are a joke and I hope you get a judge that sees sense.
If it helps you need to prepare to talk only to the key points on your defence and exhibits provided in your WS. Hopefully you are also on point to remind the court of their obligation to assess to fairness of the terms of the alleged contract vs. unfair terms stipulated in the Customer Right Act.
Good luck and here's hoping DCB go to Edmonton!

Which is why I said don't speak to "their rep". Trust the Judge and be guided by them.
DO NOT DUCK OUT.
If you do they'll rip into you in your absence and the rep will add their 3 figure fee on top, for unreasonable behaviour.
Breathe! You know your case. Get some sleep and get there nice and early. Reduces stress.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Quick question
tenancy agreement I had to request from estate agent they didn’t have our old one and I didn’t have the old one either as I left 2 and a half years ago so they printed off our old tenancy agreement but without signatures
does it need signing or will it be fine0 -
Parking operators at residential sites are required to take into account the rights and easements already granted and enjoyed by residents, and ensure that those persons are not adversely affected. They can't just punish residents and interfere with ASTs or leases.
In other words the C already 'knew or should have known' that leaseholders and tenants on site had primacy of contract. Have you read this to get your head around your position?
