What about pics of the 5 NTDs they say were put in the windscreen and the 5 NTKs - show us those.

What about their images of the signs, did they provide them too?

1.  You had THREE near duplicate claims. Was this the first, second or third claim made or were all 3 claims issued on exactly the same day? Don't guess, please check all three POC.

2.  Is this the only one that's got this far?  Do you have any hearing dates?

This claim is the only one that has got this far 

However

The claim made on 11/09/2023 is the claim that has so far received a part discontinuation 

I have received no further discontinuation letters so as far as I am aware all 3 claims are continuing so far 

Yes I found my old tenancy agreement

Also is an NTK the letters they post to your address ? If so never received any of those and there are no copies in with the documents I have received today. Again baring in mind I moved out in July 2022

What about windscreen PCN images?

And what about actual Claimant t&c sign images, are those pics attached to this POC? The Order said they MUST attach the contract (sign):



That sign alone is not 'the contract'. It talks about an unspecified 'fine' and identifies the principal as Nuffield Health (not their agent). That's important!

I’ve attached the windscreen PCN pictures those are from DCB Legal. 

They have attached one image of the Nuffield staff parking sign. There are no pictures of any other signs I’ve checked throughly. The most you can see are blurred signs in the background. Maybe they’ve emailed them? Are they allowed to do that and shall I check?  

There are a total of 4 different dates with images of PCN on windscreen that they have sent via post
