an update on one of the claims
ive received an email this morning from a Morgan Falconer. He has sent me a copy of the directions questionnaire that DCB legal have filled out and have stated their client intends to proceed with the claim.Shall I also submit my directions questionnaire?
how is it recommended that I fill this out?0 -
They also said the following

Good morning I have just received a part discontinuation from DCB Legal I’ve attached the email. How do I respond to this? Is there a chance they’ll discontinue in whole? Confused as to why their only discontinuing two of the PCNS0

Just checking - a flick through all the pages of this thread I can see only one PoC (page 7) where all but one of the numbers have been removed but the dates are the same as the following statement posted:-
"2. It is disputed that the PPC details are 06/07/2020, 90732; 29/07/2020, 91762; 03/082020, 91771; 05/08/2020, 92449; 13/04/2021, 136533."
Wonder why the disco numbers are not in the above statement?. Is there another claim?
