There was a similar case a few years ago where Roger Davey, a barrister in Winchester, sued UKPC, (sorry cannot find a link ) and was awarded £150 and costs of c@ £1250

They already got the keeper data without any good reason, and typically if it goes to court that would be £750 compensation.2

I am just trying to work out how to hurt the parking company more when they have given me the opportunity on a plate. Got them once in court might try again with the data breach. So if you can point me in the direction of some templates or similar cases I will do the rest
Have you asked to see the results of the ballot , and to see if the minimum requirements/participation levels were met?

So how do I determine what to ask for ? If I say £250 the court will not offer more I guess, but don't want to go too high as that could look ridiculous[Deleted User] said:They already got the keeper data without any good reason, and typically if it goes to court that would be £750 compensation.0 -
Only got the letter yesterday, will have to check with the management company tomorrow if they have minutes of the previous meeting available.Half_way said:

£300 because that's the highest you can ask for with a £35 fee. Pointless cutting it to less.baart77 said:

You should read Section 37 of Part IV of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987, then ask the MA when an application to vary leases was carried out in accordance with the Act, and what was the result. You should also ask the MA to confirm that all Landlords and Tenants were consulted in accordance with the Act.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

I hit VCS for £1,000 with a £70 court fee. If judge finds in my favor and awards less say £250, I’d still get my £70 backCoupon-mad said:
