In seriousness treat the PPC with the disdain it deserves, the real enemy here is whatever entity hired the PPC.I'm assuming that this is your land and it is your property and the imposition of an un regulated PPC is an unreasonable act taken by the managemetn co..The key principle at play here is that whatever hired the parking company is jointly and severally liable for the actions of said parking company. There is something about the landlord and tenants act ( others will be able to advise further) that says a vote must be carried out by a majority of those on site ( ie residents) and must be passed with a minimum of something before a lease/freehold can be altered did anything like that take place? Also with a "communal" parking area, before the time of PPCs or where no PPc infests the land these were / are usually in the form of a first come first get basis. If the management refuse to get involved you must remind them that they are jointly and severally liable over and over again. If they say they can not cancel the parking charge notice, remind them again and tell them they must cancel or be liable for your costs if this ends up costing them £100/day then so be itFrom the Plain Language Commission:

There was a vote AFAIK, but that precedes my time there. So far there has been no problems with them. Most probably it is just a new warden who was too eager to do the job. I don't think there will be any problem getting it canceled.
I am just trying to work out how to hurt the parking company more when they have given me the opportunity on a plate. Got them once in court might try again with the data breach. So if you can point me in the direction of some templates or similar cases I will do the rest0 -

Both are doing claims and this can be supported by the successfully completed case of Simon Clay v CEL where he got £250 awarded. That transcript is kicking about somewhere or @bargepole has it.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Having read the thread, the facts of this case have miraculous gazumped the ridiculousness of the facts of my own case. Bravo.
I'd be sending a LBC to the PPC at the earliest opportunity.
