sheramber said:So whart you are really asking is can you claim back the tax money you paid which was not forwarded to DVLA.Which should/will be paid as back-tax to the DVLA by the Registered Keeper when they are prosecuted, or given an "out of Court disposal" offer.If the OP is the RK, they need their money back so they can recompense the DVLAIf the lease company is the RK then in the fullness of time their wickedness shall be found out and they will end up paying the DVLA that money, plus a fine on top.I want to go back to The Olden Days, when every single thing that I can think of was better.....
