I know this is against the advice in the Newbies Thread. But it may be worth an appeal to the IAS, in this instance.I and others have just had appeals allowed by the IAS, as the Operator is failing to respond and not completing the Prima Facie Case on time. This is for multiple fines. The original appeals had all been rejected.0

I agree. With a small firm you can imagine
they aren't likely to be on top of the appeals process.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
