Unless you exactly know what you are doing, and you have an absolute watertight case, the advice on this forum is to ignore the non-independent kangaroo court that is the IAS where motorists only stand about a 4% chance of winning.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

You already know from post 3 of the NEWBIES thread not to bother with IAS.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
Home»Motoring»Parking Tickets Fines & Parking - read the NEWBIES THREAD1 -
Thanks.
So i can just ignore any further correspondence?0 -
No, that is not what you should do. It is safe to ignore certain types of correspondence, but very unsafe to ignore other types. You need to re-read the NEWBIES to understand which is which.SSajid786 said:Thanks.

Incredible !! Did you not bother to read the original post, or is there another reason for totally ignoring the facts?? It certainly seems that most PPCs do, and IMO most people who run them should hang their heads in shame.Whatever2023 said:A great example of why parking management is necessary.Just because someone can park on a landowners private property without any consequences, it doesn’t mean you should. When people abuse a facility like this, it’s inevitable that an operator will be called in at some point to deal with it.
For the record, the OP has been using the car park on a very regular basis for a number of years. No problem to anyone. UNTIL a new company rocks up and ...... for some strange reason....... puts signs where they cannot easily be seen. I think I am right in saying that the myopically self serving ATAs both say that major changes should be well signed in advance, to inform users of the new Ts and Cs. ( a defence point for the OP, BTW)
Of course, obvious clear signage does not help squeeze money out of people does it ? The whole conduct of many PPCs is a stain on the face of this country and should never have been permitted. Oh for a competent Government actually looking after the average citizen(s)
Sorry OP, I had to say it. Now, back to the advice .........The pen is mightier than the sword ..... and I have many pens.8 -

I submitted the above as you had advised. This is what I got back.
Do I need to submit an appeal to the IAS or can I ignore ?
Thanks again for your advice!
What an amateurish joke letter. they forgot the third option when they were dictating what to do!

Wondered how many people would see these parking scams and try and setup similar businesses.

Parents must be proudNotice the reply is signed with his initials too man at the top doing everything no doubt, he has also been a director in the past of the following companies: ES Parking Enforcement, UPCN LTD though he did not apparently declare that when he registered ANPR 365 last July:Is this allowed?

I think you just exposed his address there to!
I'm not sure how the above works actually, I have two businesses but for some reason they're not linked if I was searched by name through each company, but both are visible separately.2 -
They have missed out your third, and best option, ignore. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.5
