After using the forms on MSE to send details of Loans with BMW Finance & and also messaging the email separately from a search on BMW (same email as the one on MSE) I have had emails returned as deleted without being read

I am having the same problem with BMW finance. I have checked the email address and it is correct. I put a 'read receipt' on the email and got an Auto response to say they had received it. Then I got the 'not read and deleted' message so I resent, same result so I tried again .. that clearly upset the BMW system as I have the 'read receipt' again followed by eight ' not read and deleted' messages. Anybody any idea where to go from here please ?

Your tracking messages may not be accurate. I use software with mine that blocks such trackers. Emails get taken out of the email client onto internal software and the email deleted. So, you cannot rely on them.

It seems more logical to say wait until the FCA report, which may force firms involved to proactively refund and allow the firms involved or not involved to put up a webpage saying whether it applies to them or not. All that cuts the costs down for future consumers. Which you would think a consumer champion would be championing.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
