How many days was it from the date on the pre-action letter and the date of the court paperwork?0 -

It can, but the court will take a view on that which can range from them allowing everything to proceed and issuing a judgement, to telling the claimant to go away and start again.tylery said:

Just to check, are you basing this from when you received the letter before action, or the date it is postmarked? For legal purposes a letter posted first class is deemed to have been received the next working day after it was posted regardless of when it was actually received. .0 -
