You cannot rely on a credit record as being at all accurate.
It is a good idea to get organised, so you keep all letters and emails about each of your debts.
How many debts do you have? I think you need to do a Statement of Affairs and post it here.

Creation sold the debt to Equivo.
I never received the pre action letter:
The same debt is still active on credit agency, it shows late payments..so no default registered against this debt.
But i have received a Claim Form N1 from the County Court Northampton on the same debt.
My question how do i defend this claim. Any examples or...??0 -
