Everything was sent in time.
What was sent in time, your CPR request as legal beagles set it out, which documents did you ask for?
Or have you had the response to your letter, if so did it contain the documents?

Given my circumstance what will be a good defence. 
We are pretty much in the dark here.
Why not post the SoA you have been asked for several times, you havent said how large the Creation debt is so we dont even know if the claim will be allocated to the small claims track or the fast track.
