EDF Essentials 2Yr Mar26v3
Fixed term ends
31st March 2026Payment method
Direct Debit (Fixed)Exit fee
£250.00Gas supply
Unit rate
6.32p per kWhStanding charge
30.96p per dayElectricity supply
Unit rate
24.19p per kWhStanding charge
67.18p per dayThe 2 year option comes in at £129 which is the same as what they have advised for the Standard Variable. I'm thinking the 2 year is a bit risky at the moment and tempted to go variable if the prediction is still for it to drop in July.

Current 12 month fix ( maybe someone can confirm whether same with 2 year fix) press release states no exit fees if subsequently change to another EDF fixed rate tariff)
1 year fix is available to new customers.0
