Currently on their May 24 fix paying £167 but this new one would be £121.  There is also a 2 year option for which they will waive my £150 exit fees

    EDF Essentials 2Yr Mar26v3

    Payment method
    Direct Debit (Fixed)

    Exit fee
    £250.00

The 2 year option comes in at £129 which is the same as what they have advised for the Standard Variable.  I'm thinking the 2 year is a bit risky at the moment and tempted to go variable if the prediction is still for it to drop in July.

Current 12 month fix ( maybe someone can confirm whether same with 2 year fix) press release states no exit fees if subsequently change to another EDF fixed rate tariff)

1 year fix is available to new customers.
