No app, just Web based login for the time being. This is pretty much my only criticism of Charter Savings Bank.

I'm currently saving with Charter Savings Bank.  If they offered an app I don't think I'd use it and continue with web based login.  I've always had a feeling that if my mobile phone, containing banking apps, was stolen there is more likelihood that banks and building societies would have more of a case that I was too blame for any fraudulent transactions and I wouldn't want the worry.  However for some there must be good reasons for opting for an app.  I'd like to know them. TIA

19 savings account in total, 10 with apps. Apps are on my tablet ( always at home), did not like the idea of these apps  on the phone. Phone theft in London is of epidemic proportions.

With so many accounts, being able to access many with simple and rapid tablet biometrics, avoids the tedium of Web login processes.

Been with Charter since 2017 for a variety of different accounts, so would certainly appreciate them offering an app option.
