    Last time I was in court was in 2020 for my wife. 
    That template would have been a bit outdated now
    I would like someone to show send me a link to the new WS template to adapt pls..thanks

    I have now got a court hearing date. Funny enough dcblegal has sent me a mail asking me to pay a discounted rate..so we don't go to the hearing.

    Should I respond to them or just ignore and meet them in court?

    It’s not going to court. They will discontinue. Do not respond to them.

    What makes you believe that you will be meeting them in court. ?

    We don't believe it at all  !!  ,  it simply doesn't and won't happen, for various reasons

    I was thinking that they might bring it up saying, they also to settle outside but but I didn't engage..I was going to explain the situation maybe they would decide to cancel n not proceed.
    But as you have said...I won't.. I will meet them in court if they should to proceed

    What a waste of time. Thank you guys for your love and support in this matter. Now I can now rest from their harassment. 
    I don't know why they have discontinued when we have gotten this far...lol.  they were waiting for me to cough up money. Lol

    Thanks again guy for all your hard work in reading my post . I do really appreciate you all.

    Well done. Once you receive the formal Notice of Discontinuation (N279) via the court, please post up a redacted copy, upon which I'll record and count your case in the DCB Legal Discontinuation thread. 👍
