    on money claim online it says that "our claim was transferred to ST. HELENS on xx/xx/2024. 

    st Helens is in liverpool, i live in wolverhampton, its almost 2hrs by car to st Helens from me. am very confused now

    I know. However, I had it on my desktop when I read the post and I just pasted it in. It can get very frustrating when dealing with so many basic questions that it is easier and quicker to just post the info.

    Why do you have to wait to email them on Monday morning. If you receive an email on a Sunday but don't check your email until Monday, does the email somehow disappear? Of course it doesn't.

    Of course you are right, it won't make a difference. I decide to do that bcos at work I tend to deal with recent emails first..before going a day or two days back email.
     So its me the problem, am over thinking thing, so I want to make sure it comes in today as a fresh email.
