Cahoot online banking issue

    Erm, how do you manage to get this to work exactly? If I try to use the santander app to connect to my cahoot account using the add another bank option, cahoot is sadly conspicuous by its absence in the list of available banks one can connect to.  



    I installed the Santander app on to my old android phone, then logged in using my Cahoot online login details.

    I have NOT added the account to my Santander-logged-in app.

    I could only do this when I had a second device to install the Santander app on because I obviously used the Santander app for my Santander accounts before that.

    I then renamed the app on my old device as "Cahoot" - as a reminder.

    I installed the Santander app on to my old android phone, then logged in using my Cahoot online login details.
    I did the same, albeit some time ago. I recall that the functionality was pretty much limited to viewing the accounts, couldn't, for example, set up new payees or initiate FPs to existing ones.

    Is it now possible to perform these actions?

    Aha! That indeed seems to work, thank you! So  I now have santander on my iPad but cahoot on the iPhone. Good!

    Yes. I just change a 0 to a 1 at the end of the ref and then the 1 to a 0 each time - it doesn’t care if you use one you’ve used in the past, just not the same as the time before
