If you were willing to consider using a reseller and claiming cashback during the contract then you could have 70GB for £7/month.
Even if you didn't (or forgot) to claim, the plan is £12/month.

How much data do you use? You might find you only use a small amount in which case you could pay about a third of what you are currently paying.0

Thanks both.
I probably use 10GB.
I should add i am mid-contract, but i am keen to negotiate on the basis i am a long standing customer and they should be treating me as such.0 -

You can check your usage over past months to be sure.MSE has a lot of info about phone deals and SimSherpa is another useful site.Obviously it is not alwaya about price it is about the services offered, eg WiFi calling, roaming charges, perks etc.£20 for 20GB is expensive in this day and age.I doubt being a long standing customer counts for much these days.

I was offered this as existing a customer via web site

I'd say it would be worth contacting them to see if they can change anything based on usage but i wouldn't be surprised if they can't mid contract tbh
I also have to completely disagree with the previous post about loyalty means you're overpaying, it doesn't automatically deals can always be done at renewal0
