Hi op here with an update. Appliances direct have contacted me today by phone to arrange collection of the fridge freezer. Also arranged a replacement and I've requested a UK plug, as I did love the appliance, plenty of space and it looks smart as. So fingers crossed 🤞 for the 5th. Thanks to everyone who posted advice and suggestions. Hoping this will be resolved.
