New Fridge Freezer delivered with a 2 pin plug

What is the list price for this fridge freezer?
What do most online websites have the fridge freezer retailing at?
How much did the OP pay for the fridge freezer?
If the OP gained a good saving through this retailer, then the pragmatic thing to do now would be to simply by the plug converter as suggested up thread. It's less than a fiver.
Or, just cut the EU plug off the cable and fit a standard plug. Like everyone had to do for every device until not long ago. It is not a job that requires an Electrician.
Who is the supplier? Does their website make any reference to products being grey imports?
I don't disagree with the comments about what the OP's rights are. This just seems to be a case where rights are in conflict with a pragmatic solution.1 -
You could also look into hard-wiring your FF into a new 13A wall socket, but you'd have to cut the plug off and probably want to get an electrician to fit it. Is the socket visible or behind where the FF will go?0

spend the £2 and buy a conversion plug.
there can be problems buying stuff from websites and this is one of them0 -
Are you willing to tell us who the retailer is?0

More and more appliances come now with eu plugs but normally supplied with adaptor plugs and they work fine, the supplier is obliged to supply the adaptor but for the sake off £6 to buy one on amazon it would be silly to sent the f/freezer back with all the hassle0

Likely that is the incorrect adaptor, most probably a Schuko type adaptor needed.
