If you have previously used e-mail to communicate with the court (do you mean a court or do you mean CNBC) send it by e-mail and copy yourself into the "To" box and if you receive it, chances are so has the recipient.  If you mean CNBC use the new e-mail addresses posted in the Template Defence thread.

I have started drafting my Witness Statement but cannot seem to attach a PDF as it says file format invalid. However, I have seen others posting PDF's what am I doing wrong here?

You can only post an image of a PDF file on here. Either just copy and paste the content or save each PDF page as a JPG and post each image.

You can also host the PDF on DropBox and post a link to it.

Your choice.

It is not a parking fine! You have this in paragraph #3 in your WS.  Your paragraph #5 does not make sense, it reads like it is only there mid-afternoon on a Friday.  Paragraph #6, what is "adequately full"? In paragraph #7 you state you didn't notice any signs but in paragraph #6 you have described them as "poor yellow parking signs"!

Hi Le_kirk, thanks for the feedback. I had typed this up whilst under a lot of stress and fatigue so I can only apologise for silly mistakes. I will make amendments. 

Other than the amendments is there anything you suggest adding?

Referencing this as a "fine" and an "offence" is wrong. It is a speculative invoice for an alleged breach of contract from an unregulated private parking company. It's only an "offence' if you have broken the law. It is a "parking event".

I'm sorry, they put me through all this paperwork and nonsense to not even show on the day ?

If I've understood this they've just sent me a 50 odd page witness statement to not even show?

I'm sick of this work first, profit first over humanity !!!!!!

No, I received their witness statement in the post. 

On the front page it reads "The Claimant, without intending any discourtesy to the Court hereby gives you notice that it will not be attending the final hearing. The Claimant has requested that the Court excuses its attendance and that the claim be decided in its absence."

I think it's utterly unfair that a company just pushes through automated claims such as these and then on the day, not even show a face. The courts must be under so much time related pressure just for physically empty claims such as these.
