You can also host the PDF on DropBox and post a link to it.
Your choice.2 -
Thanks nopcns for the Dropbox suggestion. Please see my current Witness Statement draft (link below) and provide feedback. What should I include, what should I exclude?0

It is not a parking fine! You have this in paragraph #3 in your WS. Your paragraph #5 does not make sense, it reads like it is only there mid-afternoon on a Friday. Paragraph #6, what is "adequately full"? In paragraph #7 you state you didn't notice any signs but in paragraph #6 you have described them as "poor yellow parking signs"!2

Hi Le_kirk, thanks for the feedback. I had typed this up whilst under a lot of stress and fatigue so I can only apologise for silly mistakes. I will make amendments.Other than the amendments is there anything you suggest adding?0

Referencing this as a "fine" and an "offence" is wrong. It is a speculative invoice for an alleged breach of contract from an unregulated private parking company. It's only an "offence' if you have broken the law. It is a "parking event".3

I'm sick of this work first, profit first over humanity !!!!!!On the front page it reads "The Claimant, without intending any discourtesy to the Court hereby gives you notice that it will not be attending the final hearing. The Claimant has requested that the Court excuses its attendance and that the claim be decided in its absence."I think it's utterly unfair that a company just pushes through automated claims such as these and then on the day, not even show a face. The courts must be under so much time related pressure just for physically empty claims such as these.0
