  • No. That's not what I recommended.  I suggested getting rid of what you now have numbered 11 and replacing it simply with what you now have numbered as 10.

Thank you. Do you mind explaining this paragraph (10) to me? Would they not provide the pictures that are involved on my NTK showing my car in that carpark on that date? Or are we just denying the latter half in which they are throwing around outstanding liabilities

If you can get photos of signs quickly then please do. We suspect Bransby Wilson are named at the entrance and on other signs, so look carefully and get pics of more than one sign.

  • Hi, the entrance sign does not name Bransby Wilson and the other sign (yellow) does not seem to mention anything in either large print or small print referring to Bransby Wilson but I will get a clearer picture of the small print to triple check.

Please show us those signs in full. There may be something useful for your defence.

Here's a picture I took today. This is as good as I can get because the print is so small. May need a zoom in. The rest of the signage can be found earlier in the thread (I think second page)

Oh yes - I see nothing about Bransby Wilson at this site so ignore me on that!

Yes - and read other Gladstones threads.  They send a legal rep sometimes. Rarely discontinue.

I need to move address soon, I will notify the solicitor. As for the courts, should I notify them by email?
