On the advice of MSE l switched from O2 to the MSE Exclusive 12 GB for £6.99/month deal. As part of this promotion l was promised a £45 Amazon gift voucher after 6 months. I am still awaiting this voucher 7 months later despite contacting Lebara 4 times. On Friday last week I was told it would be sent over the weekend.…

i have co taxyed them about 5 times each time I’m told after going through all the security questions that due it next week. My hubby and I took the offer because of martins recommendation and both of us have not received it and we have now been with them over a year 😡
