Lebara failing to send Amazon voucher

On the advice of MSE l switched from O2 to the MSE Exclusive 12 GB for £6.99/month deal.
As part of this promotion l was promised a £45 Amazon gift voucher after 6 months.
 I am still awaiting this voucher 7 months later despite contacting Lebara 4 times.
On Friday last week I was told it would be sent over the weekend.
It's now Monday afternoon and I've just been told it will be emailed in the next 7 days!
I think MSE's credibility is in doubt at this point...
Has anyone else had the same issue?

    I thought the voucher came from Giftcloud not Lebara. It's paid for out of the commission that MSE would normally make?

  • I reported the issue via the above link and then received a n email from Beth at MSE saying she would contact Giftcloud on my behalf.
    It's now 48 hours later and despite forwarding my initial email from Giftcloud to MSE  to substantiate my case l still have not received any further information or the gift voucher that MSE promised as part of the deal they were promoting and the reason l switched to Lebara.

    Good luck with that, after the issues I have had I have spent all day trying to get a PAC code from them...Will try again tomorrow
  • Same issue here, fed up with the lies from Lebara -
    • Told in January you'll have the voucher by the end of the month
    • Called start of February to be I'd have it by the end of the week
    • Called on Friday 9th to be told I'd have by Saturday 10th
    • After this mornings call we're back to end of the week!
    Assuming I will never get it so time going to try another network, due to poor coverage where I live it needs to be Vodafone or one of the MVNOs using there network so think I'll give TalkMobile a try as they're currently offering a better deal than I have with Lebara anyway. No doubt I'll now have a battle to get a PAC code from Lebara!
  • So 30 minutes after posting and emailing voucherhelp@moneysavingexpert.com to see if they can help I received an email to claim the gift card (which I did successfully). Suspect it was the fine folks at MSE that sorted it, thank you!

    Still going to leave Lebara, they've annoyed me far too much to be willing to stay with them.

    Having the same issue myself:
     - Contacted then in January and was told by the service rep to email raesupport@lebara.com with the information - surprise surprise no email or call back.
    - I then contacted them again in Feb and the service rep had said they would escalate the issue for me - heard nothing and no email.
    - Chased up today and was told that they could see the ticket the previous colleague had raised but it could take up to another 30 days (which is already 2 months later).

    Looks like I should email the vouchers email above as the link posted by  MSE_James no longer works.

    I'm having the same problem. I've been chasing since January and keep being told it will arrive in two weeks. Nothing has arrived and very fed up of this. Didn't know about 'voucherhelp@moneysavingexpert.com', will give this a go.
