Hya fellow dieters,
I've maintained, at least it's not a gain.
Well done everyone there are some really excellent results and it would be interesting to see the total group weight loss this week.
I started SW on 7th Jan and I have lost 11 lbs, the scenic route will do me as long as it stays off - I am fed up being a yo yo dieter.:rotfl:
Thanks for all the support.:j:hello:0 -

Fell off the wagon and after all the weight loss of you lot I have decided to get back on again. Would be happy to lose a stone as lost 2 previously and have put 1 back on !! Felt so good before and could take anything from the wardrobe, put it on and feel good ... not now . Can't attend class now due to work commitments but will be on here daily.
Looking forward to being comfortable again xxxxGood manners cost nothing -Bad manners cost friends !Murphys No More Pies member #2130 -
me too sugarplumfairy - I just feel stodgy and horrible - can't wait to lose another 2 stone and feel 'normalish' again!0

who knows peachyest - I've been better this week than I have n months and according to the scales I lost 2lbs, then have put 4.5lbs back on! My scales are usually reflective of the SW scales now. I just don't know what I'm doing wrong other than a few choccies last night (well it was my birthday) but only barely over my syns - if at all! Is there a stamp my feet icon? :rotfl: Its so disheartening to think I could have just done SW half-heartedly and probably maintained or lost 1lb

It wouldn't normally have but it was like the last straw in a bad week. I have never taken the top off so I should be alright LOL. That cheered me up when I read that on page 65.
Glad I made you feel better at the end of such a horrid week.
Your Consultant is in the wrong if she's making you feel bad about not staying to group especially when you have some of the best reasons not to stay, with a little one and your husband working away.
However, in her defence (sorry!) the pressures on us all as Consultants is awful at the moment - so much so that I am considering giving up my own classes.
If I were you, I would write back to her and explain that her attitude has put you off coming back to group at all. Hopefully, although this perhaps won't help you, it may stop her being so insensitive to another member.
You'll get lots of support on here and if you keep up with buying the magazines, you'll have new recipes to try and it'll keep you up to date with the new foods available.
Good luck!I let my mind wander and it never came back!0
