ArbitraryRandom said:As above, there are several problems you MIGHT be having, so without more detail it's hard for anyone to help.
Please check this link and see if any of the issues described match your experience: https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/office/i-can-t-join-a-meeting-in-microsoft-teams-85f8eb98-b815-4007-90c9-0c56b87e288d
You the need the paid version t good do a practice test. not sure I even have an account but just clicked the link sent to me for the previous interviews. I was thinking of creating two free accounts- one on laptop and one on mobile then calling each other, good idea? must have a sign link on the page0 -
My crystal ball is on the blink
It's impossible to help the op with the scant info he has given us1 -
OP you’ve been asked a lot of questions and haven’t answered any of them.
No one can help until you do.All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.1 -
OP
what is your phone ?
what is your laptop ?
do have the tems application on these devices?
what email address were the invitations sent to and is the same email address as any installation of teams and/or Office / Microsoft 365 is logged into ...
in my previous job i had MS365 account s with both my employer and the 'customer' of the contract , if i had a teams invite sent to my personal email address i had to ensure i was logged out of 365 on both those accounts else i would get an error messager aobut the wrong address etc0 -
OP has another thread with equally brief information that doesn't make sense.
I think it's clear they are very non technical so I'm not sure this is the ideal place for them as all the different answers will confuse them.
This is one of those situations where a one to one chat (without others butting in trying to help) would solve the situation1 -

Ah windows 7 is old and probably unsupported by teams, you might need to update your computer to windows 10

Win 7 is deprecated , it is likely that the PC mentioned by the OP could quite happily run win 10 which is supported.0 -
Well there's your answer
Op you have to update your computer to windows 10 if you wish to continue using teams
This is the link to install windows
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
If you are not confident doing it yourself I would advise the use of a friend to help you
As with anything always back up your computer first before doing anything that changes things on your pc (you really should be doing this anyway)
