They are not "Traffic Wardens" they are parking attendants, and if leaving site was observed of someone who was that, where is the evidence, what constitutes the site, is there a site plan showing visitors where the boundary is?
Surely as a parking management company if leaving site is a big issue to the landowner they would have a duty to stop and inform the culprit not send an invoice which goes into the coffers of a third party after the alleged event.
Also notice how they have all of a sudden now after all these years of saying that the Beavis case blew the "Genuine pre-estimate of losses" out of the water, they have selectively now resurrected it!

Comes to something when a supposed legal firm junior paralegal writes "had you of paid"!

What are they teaching in schools these days?

Anyway, what you are meant to be doing now is reporting DCB Legal to HMRC for VAT concerns.

The illiterate one says "VAT doesn't apply" but it does, on the added £70.  REPORT THEM.

    Thanks for that update @fivestarsamz.

Seems rather strange that DCB Legal can decide to close the case without reference to the claimant - UKPC.

Received an email of cancellation a while ago... just been busy but I thought I would update here! You all have been such a great help to me.

    Here is the update:

RK sent this email reply to James:

And this is what I got in response, happy days:

That doesn't man the PCN is cancelled.

Just means that DCB have closed their case file and handed it back to UKPC.
