Well I find that if I don't happen to have much credit on my account they take £7.50, to cover my monthly 4gb bundle, from my payment method. I thought they might take £10. If they did take £10 I wouldn't mind as it would work out OK in the end.

Don't want to Hijack, but does anyone know who provides the broadband service for 1P.

Interestingly I checked and their t&c's have changed to allow for customers using 'boosts'. So the requirement to topup £10 every 120 days is temporarily suspended while you have a boost in place. The 120 day countdown will start again once your boost ends but payments for boosts (except the initial credit to order the sim) do not count towards the topup requirement;Murmansk said:Well I find that if I don't happen to have much credit on my account they take £7.50, to cover my monthly 4gb bundle, from my payment method. "- The current minimum topup is £10.
- For customers who are taking a Boost
- Your account and SIM will remain active whilst a Boost in in place. Once the Boost expires you will revert to the standard PAYG top-up requirement as setup above.
- Your top-up due date will be extended automatically throughout the duration of the Boost being in place and your top-up due date may be significantly beyond your Boost end date"

I was looking at 1p because EE is good in my area but the boosts are more expensive than some other low cost providers and they seem unnecessarily complicated.0

1p are changing their terms to remove the £10 topup requirement every 4 months and replacing it with a £10 min spend every 3 months. See 1p mobile now introducing £10 charge every 90 days — MoneySavingExpert Forum0
